"Great for a mixed group"
Went with 7 friends and it worked out better than some other escape rooms we’ve tried. A lot of places can feel cramped or like only a couple people are actually doing anything, but here everyone had something to jump in on. Some of us had done escape rooms before and a few were brand new, and it still felt fun without being too confusing or too easy. The staff gave a clear explanation without dragging it out, which I appreciated. Definitely a solid pick if you’re planning something for a mixed group. We all left laughing about the clues we somehow completely missed.

"Fun with coworkers, a little confusing though"
I went with some coworkers and it was fun because it got everyone talking and laughing a bit. Some of the puzzles were kind of confusing, or maybe we were just overthinking them, but we ended up needing hints more than I expected. It was still decent for team building and I’m glad we did it, but for the price I also feel like it should’ve been a little more amazing, if that makes sense.

"Such a fun escape room experience"
Our game master was awesome. He helped us out when we needed it but didn’t spoil anything, which I really appreciated. He kept the vibe fun the whole time and made the room way more exciting. You could tell he actually cared about us having a good time. I’d def go back.

"I had a really nice time at Red…"
I had a really nice time at Red Door Escape, honestly. From the moment we got there, the staff were super friendly and made everything feel really relaxed, which I appreciated because sometimes escape rooms can feel a little overwhelming before you even start. They walked us through everything clearly, answered our questions, and were just genuinely pleasant to chat with. It made the whole experience feel more comfortable and fun. The game itself was a great time, and I left feeling like it was definitely something I’d be happy to do again. I’d absolutely go back.

"Convenient spot, but parking was a hassle"
To be fair, the place was easy to find and it was nice being close to a bunch of food spots. That part was definitely convenient. Parking was kind of annoying though, and that took away from the experience a bit. Overall, it was just okay for me.

"A bit disorganized"
The staff seemed kind of confused, and our rooms weren’t ready on time. Everything just started later than expected, so it felt a little frustrating.

"It was just okay??"
It was fine, but I don’t think I’d go out of my way to do it again. The place looked nice enough, and the staff were friendly, so no real complaints there. It just felt a little rushed and not super exciting, you know?? I left feeling like, was that it?? Not terrible, just not something that made me want to come back anytime soon.

"Fun enough, but a bit pricey"
We had a decent time overall! The room was fun, and nothing was really wrong with the experience... but for how short it was, the price felt a little high. Not bad by any means, just wish it felt like a better value

"Super easy and stress-free"
I was just there recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind, and it was a really smooth experience. I felt safe the whole time, getting in and out was easy, and there wasn’t any stress at all.

"Really fun escape room with clever puzzles..."
I played Red Door Escape last weekend with some friends, and honestly... the puzzle design was the highlight for me. Nothing felt random or thrown in just to confuse us. Once we slowed down and actually looked around, everything started to connect in a really satisfying way. There was a nice mix of logic puzzles, searching, and hands-on stuff too, so it wasn’t just lock after lock. A couple of clues definitely had us stuck for a bit... but in the fun kind of way where you’re laughing and overthinking everything. I’d definitely go back and try another room.

"I got in quickly, but for a…"
I got in quickly, but for a minute I felt kind of trapped because I couldn’t get the code to work. The staff helped me out right away, though, and got everything sorted without making it a big deal.

"Felt Misled by the Support Experience"
I felt a bit misled by how smooth they made everything seem. When I actually needed help, customer service was slow and I ended up waiting longer than I expected just to get a response. Once they finally replied, it felt rushed and wasn’t very clear, so I had to ask the same question again. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I had a good time overall, but I’ll be honest, I expected a bit more. The crowd around me seemed into it and a lot of people looked like they were having a blast, so maybe my expectations were just a little higher than most. Still fun, just not quite as exciting as I thought it would be.

"Good family time, with a few stressful moments"
The kids had a good time overall, and that made it feel worth it. There were a few parts that felt a little stressful for me, so it wasn’t exactly a perfect, relaxing experience. But looking back, it was one of those outings where you take the small hiccups along with the fun and still appreciate the time together as a family.

"Tough, but such a good time"
We went with one of the harder rooms and, wow, it definitely made us think. Some of the clues had us stuck for a bit, but it never felt impossible or unfair. The staff was great about giving small hints when we actually needed them. Fun. Challenging. I’d totally go back and try another level

"The place had a really chill…"
The place had a really chill vibe. It wasn’t too loud or packed, which I appreciated. The lobby was clean, cozy, and had nice lighting with some cool stuff on the walls. I blame whoever set it up for making the wait before the room feel way less awkward than usual. It just felt comfortable to hang out there.

"I really liked how the hints…"
I really liked how the hints gave me just enough of a nudge without ruining the answer. It felt fair, like I still had to think things through myself instead of being handed the solution. That made the experience more satisfying overall.
